We offer free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum purchase required.

Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 8 to 14 business days from the date your order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

How It Works

The Elevé Reformer is a premium, made-to-order product. Once your order is confirmed, our team begins the crafting and quality inspection process before your reformer is prepared for shipment. You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey to your door.

Delivery

Your reformer will be delivered via freight carrier directly to your address. A signature will be required at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for the package.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status at any time.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to meet our delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, or high demand periods. If your order is delayed beyond 14 business days, please contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
